ingredients
- 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
halved horizontally
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup(s)all purpose flour
- 4 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 4 clove(s)garlic,
chopped
- 1 cup(s)dry white wine
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tbspcapers,
drained
Instructions
1. Place flour into a shallow dish {to dredge}. Season flour with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts into flour. Tapping off excess flour.
2. Into a deep sided pan, add: butter, olive oil and garlic. Heat over medium heat. When melted, add chicken breasts and cook approximately 5-6 minutes, turning once until chicken is golden brown.
